SK8 And SK8 HV

The Badfish SK8 series host the ultimate river surfing board, short, but with enough volume to rip even the smallest waves. It’s unique shape has plenty of volume in the nose to allow you to stay on the wave without purling. The SK8 has a concave deck and traction all the way to the nose to keep the board connected to your feet.

At 55 liters, the 5’0″ HV is for advanced riders seeking additional volume in a shortboard to rip tight, fast waves. The unique drop rail around the tail of the SK8 HV make the board nimble edge-to-edge while the volume keeps you on top of the froth allowing for fast acceleration across the face of a wave.

At 61 liters, the 5’6 is perfect for slower, flatter river waves designed for the larger or intermediate surfer looking for a high volume shorter board.  The volume of the 5’6 allows you to catch and get to your feet on waves that most shortboards simply won’t surf.

* The SK8 is built using a traditional epoxy surfboard layup. This board is designed for performance…not durability. If durability is a priority please consider an inflatable board. There is no warranty on the SK8 once it has been on the water.
