Shipping Information
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

We stand behind our canoes, kayaks, and accessories with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process will have you back on the water quickly.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Inflatable PFDs (personal flotation devices)
- Dog PFDs (unless defective)
- Opened canoe repair & care products (adhesives, sealants)
- Used kayak fishing accessories showing water exposure
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Product details
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with return authorization and instructions
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item with all original materials
- Ship It Back: Send to our Toledo warehouse using a trackable method (address provided in return authorization)
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- International returns (outside US): Customer responsible for all customs fees and return shipping costs
Refund Process
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different paddle or accessory? Follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved. This ensures you get your replacement gear fastest.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged (though we pack with care):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately (no need to ship back damaged inflatable products)
