Watertight Guarantee: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in original condition – as pristine as when they left our Toledo warehouse.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use our template below for quick processing).
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item with all original materials – treat it like you’re preparing your kayak for winter storage.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Toledo address (provided in your return authorization) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For international returns (outside US), customers are responsible for all customs fees and return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Inflatable PFDs (personal flotation devices)
- Dog PFDs (unless defective)
- Opened canoe repair & care products (adhesives, sealants)
- Used kayak fishing accessories that show signs of water exposure

Damaged or Defective Items
