Are your inflatable products durable?
Absolutely! All our inflatable kayaks and paddle boards are made from high-quality, puncture-resistant materials. They’re designed to withstand normal water conditions and provide years of adventure. Each product comes with care instructions to help you maintain its longevity.
Do you sell complete canoe/kayak sets?
Yes! We offer complete canoe and kayak sets that include all essential accessories. These are perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a convenient package deal. Check our “Canoes & Acc.” and “Kayaking Gear” sections for these bundles.
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and view your order history.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries! However, we currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Handled by DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 days after processing (1-2 days). Ideal for urgent orders.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 days after processing. Great for larger orders when you’re planning ahead.
Pro Tip: Combine your kayak fishing accessories with canoe repair kits to reach the $50 threshold for free shipping!
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days at our Toledo, Ohio headquarters. Our water sports enthusiast team carefully prepares each order with protective packaging suited for your gear.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can use this to follow your dry boxes, bimini shades, or other gear every step of the way until they arrive at your door.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind all our products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
How do I return an item?
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address. For water safety reasons, some items may have special return requirements.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

How should I care for my inflatable kayak or paddle board?
Each inflatable product comes with specific care instructions. General tips include:
- Rinse with fresh water after each use
- Store deflated in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces
- Use only recommended cleaning products
Do you sell replacement parts for your products?

What if my product arrives damaged?
